I am the Founder & Chief Enthusiast of a high quality & visionary Technology Solutions Company based in Japan and India. We specialize in IT Services (Business Solutions development and deployment based on proprietory & Opensource solutions), Infrastructure Support (Network/System Administration, Storage Support), contingency based Consulting services for IT professionals and BPO services in the areas of Localization & Testing.

We offer a high quality hands-on service, we're passionate about customer service and making a contribution to society. We strive to treat our staff exceptionally well and work hard to maintain organizational transperency.

After nearly a decade of experience in Tokyo, I believe the markets are crying out for high added-value players with a strong ethical focus and a real belief in customer service, personal growth and development for staff.

Our ambition is to change the nature of our industry by building a successful IT services company that leads the way in customer service and Web-Mobile 2.0.

Our execution team has the following members:

• Mandar Inamdar : is VP Operations Fidel India. He has extensive experience in setting and buiding operations, hiring, putting up quality initiatives, setting up vendor and backup mechanisms. Mandar has worked with HP and brings valuable experience of sales and operations in India.
• Sushrut Potdar : is the CIO of Fidel Technologies. His experience with Goldman Sachs, Fujitsu, NEC on cutting edge technologies and crucial financial systems helps us deliver solutions to our clients. Sushrut was in Japan for 7 years and now based out of India office.
