Playbook Experience:<\/h2>\n

The Playbook Experience, which provides agents an overview of the current workflow and where they are within it. It\u2019s secure to use, too!<\/p>\n

It visualizes business process workflows in a simple task-oriented view. Plus, it ensures a consistent response to commonly encountered situations. Streamlining the knowledge worker\u2019s decision-making by showing where a process is in its lifecycle. It provides the next best steps.<\/p>\n

Source Control enhancements:<\/h2>\n

The source control enhancement enables source control features for global apps. This applies remote changes while preserving app data with delta loading. Delta or incremental loading is supported for custom applications in Source Control which replaces uninstalling and reinstalling the application when you apply changes from a remote Git repository.<\/p>\n

Email Client:<\/h2>\n

Email\u2026!!! Sending quick messages with templates for common responses. It adds files directly from records, without having to download them. Save emails as drafts and come back to them later.<\/p>\n

OpenID Connect:<\/h3>\n

OpenID Connect \u2013 It allows users to log in with standard social accounts which is a much-needed change, and make it easy to administer access with just a few clicks. It provides a more secure and mobile-friendly environment.<\/p>\n

Last, but not least, Now Platform capabilities enhancements and updates in the Paris release.<\/p>\n

Now Platform Enhancements:<\/h2>\n

The leverage Instance Data Replication to facilitate data exchange between instances. It inspects more page types as part of the Automated Test Framework. Allowing the external users to register to a ServiceNow app through Service Portal. Publish knowledge articles directly from Microsoft Word via a Flow Designer flow. Extend antivirus scanning features to on-premise cases, including self-hosted use cases\u200b.<\/p>\n
