Fidel’s Implementation Model (Past record)

  • Working in partnership with process and business consultants on the Japanese side, we interviewed the client about the requirements. At this stage, the system requirements are hearings (information gathering). Staff from the Japanese side will take the lead in carrying out the task.
  • We were given access to the client’s system environment and access to the Pre-Prod (pre-production) environment, and received relevant information such as COA (Chart of Account) and parameter sheets.
  • We had Japanese-speaking staff on the Indian side who acted as intermediaries to facilitate communication between the Japanese operations consultants and our Indian Infor SyteLine consultants.
  • Our Indian Infor SyteLine consultant, who is in India, modified the parameter sheets, added them to the COA, and tested the Japanese forms to make sure the system worked.
  • We invited the consultant in India to Japan* to conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot). This is a process to verify the system functions and processes through trial operation by actual users. (*Conducted according to requirements)
  • At CRP, based on feedback from the client, we requested modifications to the US team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the ERP application.
  • We prepared training manuals and provided training to members of the client’s accounting firm. This supported proper use of the system and improved operational efficiency.
