The requirement was multiple bulk shipment against multiple orders and order lines through single instance in the existing features in Infor SyteLine.

Challenges :
- At an instance only single data entry was possible
- Multiple bulk shipment against multiple orders and order lines through single instance was not feasible to fit in the existing features of order shipping.
Solutions :
- Fidel designed a new customized form that enables customers to upload Excel files containing bulk order shipment data. This is a very convenient feature that can save customers a lot of time and effort in manually inputting this information.
- The Excel file uploaded by customers includes columns for order ID, item name, quantity, and rate, which are all validated by the system. This ensures that the data being inputted is accurate and helps prevent any errors or discrepancies in the order shipment process.
- Process bulk shipment software application is built using the .NET framework, which has a button that initiates the processing of bulk shipments. This could involve data validation, calculation of shipping costs, or any other processing required for shipping.
- The bulk order shipment data is sent to Shipment error processing form all at once, rather than being processed individually. This can be useful for cases where multiple orders need to be shipped to the same address.
Result :
FidelTech reduced the work load of the client by simplify the process of processing multiple bulk orders. Successful development saved their time when inputting large amounts of data. This feature automates the tasks for client compared to manual processing. It increased the revenue and growth of the company.
