Tokyo, Japan – Fidel Technologies kk Japan has secured a significant managed services contract valued at over JPY 100 million annually, commencing February 2026, with a leading global insurance organization operating in Japan.

Under this engagement, Fidel Technologies will deliver bilingual IT support services to more than 1,000 users, covering critical areas such as cloud infrastructure and network support. The engagement is structured as an initial one-year contract, with strong expectations of extension into a two to three-year long-term partnership.
